With over fifteen years experience of the property market I am currently a director of several property related companies.

Having achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 1998, I became involved in the property industry initially as a trainee letting negotiator for Michael Tuck Lettings Ltd.

Following successive promotions I quickly progressed to become a director of one of the largest Letting Agents in the Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire area.

In 2005 I founded a Land and New Homes department for Michael Tuck New Homes,  and was also responsible for designing the company websites and IT structure.

In 2008 Home Information Information Packs came into force and I set up a HIP provider called Cotswold HIPS, following the abolition of HIPS in 2010 the company continues to stive providing Energy Performance Certificates to many clients across Gloucestershire

It was also in 2008 that I came up with the idea of setting up turtlehomes.co.uk online estate agents by creating a formula that offers traditional estate agency methods with minimum overheads in order to pass fee savings to the seller.
